Payment/ Good Faith Estimate

 Fee is $207 per 45-50 minute session, couples/family sessions are 75 mins and $234. Payment is due at the beginning of session and can be provided by credit card in the electronic healthcare portal to ensure security of your information.     

 Tanya is not currently an “in network” provider for any insurance networks. However, some insurance providers may consider Tanya an “out of network” provider and may reimburse a portion of the fee. She is willing to provide a super bill with her national provider information (NPI) which you can submit for reimbursement.  

Good Faith Estimate 

As of January 1st the US government has enacted a law that will require all providers who are not accepting insurance to provide an estimate of cost of services. This will be completed and placed in your electronic healthcare portal at the start of services and a link will be provided at that time.
